Example: A person having enforceable rights created by a contract to which he is not a party and for which he gives no cosideration. For example, a man makes a life insurance contract with an insurance company. In the contract there is one clause which says that if the insured person dies, the insurer must pay a specific sum of money to the insured person's wife. The insured person's wife is a "third-party beneficiary".
ឧទាហរណ៍៖ ជនម្នាក់ដែលមានសិទិ្ធដែលអាចអនុវត្តបានបង្កើតឡើងតាមរយៈកិច្ចសន្យាណាមួយ​ដែលតាមកិច្ចសន្យានោះខ្លួនមិនមែនជាភាគីនៃកិច្ចសន្យាទេ នៅក្នុងកិច្ចសន្យានោះមានខនៃកិច្ចសន្យាមួយចែងថា ប្រសិនអ្នកមានការធានារ៉ាប់រងជីវិតស្លាប់អ្នកធានារ៉ាប់រង​ត្រូវតែបង់ចំនួនទឹកប្រាក់ដែលកំណត់នោះ​ទៅអោយប្រពន្ធអ្នកមានការធានារ៉ាប់រងនោះគឺជា "អត្ថគាហកជាតតីយជន" ។
