Example: Detention imposed on an caused person until his or her purported guilt is determined in order to assure his or her appearance at the proceeding. Under Cambodian law, this type of detention can't exceed for months from the date the accused is deprived of his or her liberty, or may be extended to six months if justifiably required by the investigation.
