ឧទាហរណ៍៖ អំណាចដែលជនម្នាក់ប្រគល់តាមរយៈ លិខិតផ្ទេរកម្មសិទ្ធិអចលនវត្ថុឬមតកសាសន៍ទៅអោយមនុស្សម្នាក់ទៀត (ហៅថា "​អ្នកទទួលអំណាច") ដើម្បីតែងតាំងគឺជ្រើសរើសនិងចាត់តាំងមនុស្សណាម្នាក់ឬច្រើននាក់​អោយទទួលនិងប្រើប្រាស់សារពើទ្រព្យឬចំណូលពីសារពើទ្រព្យនោះឬពីមូលនិធិមួយក្រោយពេល​ដែលអ្នកធ្វើមតកសាសន៍ឬអ្នកទទួលអំណាចនោះស្លាប់ឬក្រោយការបញ្ចប់នូវសិទិ្ធឬផលប្រយោជន៍ដែលមានមក ។
