ឧទាហរណ៍៖ បញ្ញត្តិនៅក្នុងកិច្ចសន្យាលក់ទំនិញដែលថា​បើទំនិញមិនមកដល់ចំណុចទីដៅទេ​អ្នកទិញក៏មិនបានទទួលទ្រព្យហើយមិនទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះថ្លៃទំនិញទេ ។ អ្នកលក់ត្រូវបានរួចផុតពីការទទួលខុសត្រូវលើការមិនបានប្រគល់ទំនិញអោយអ្នកទិញ ។
