ឧទាហរណ៍៖ បទបញ្ជារបស់តុលាការឬអង្គការរដ្ឋដទៃទៀតដែលមានអំណាចតុលាការ ដើម្បីហាមឃាត់មនុស្សឬអង្គភាព​ដែលទទួលបទបញ្ជានោះ​អោយឈប់ធ្វើឬបន្តសកម្មភាពឬការរប្រព្រឹត្តណាមួយ ។
