Example: A writ issued by a superior court that prevents an inferior court to tribunal from exceeding its jurisdiction or usurping jurisdiction it has not been given by law. It is an extraordinary writ because it issues only when the party seeking it is without other means to correct the wrong about to be inflicted by the act of the inferior tribunal.
ឧទាហរណ៍៖ ដីកាមួយដែលតុលាការថ្នាក់លើចេញដើម្បីបង្ការកុំអោយតុលាការ ឬសាលាជម្រះក្តីថ្នាក់ក្រោមធ្វើហួសសមត្ថកិច្ចរបស់ខ្លួន​ឬដណ្តើមយកសមត្ថកិច្ចដែលច្បាប់មិនបានប្រគល់អោយ ។ ដីកាហាមឃាត់នេះគឺជាដីកាខុសធម្មតាមួយ ដែលហៀបនឹងបណ្តាលអោយមានដោយអំពើរបស់សាលាជម្រះក្តីថ្នាក់ក្រោម ។
