Example: In Cambodia, an organ intended to guarantee the independence of the judiciary, chaired by the King of Cambodia. It will have eight other members: one from the Ministry of Justice, the President of the Supreme Court, the Prosecutor General attached to the Supreme Court, the President of the Appellate Court the Prosecutor General attached to the Appellate Court, and three elected judges.
