Example: A mandate conferred by a nation upon an elected person to exercise complete independence from his or her electors. The holder of such a mandate is not required to follow the instructions of the electors and his or her mandate may not be revoked by them. See Imperative mandate.
ឧទាហរណ៍៖ អាណត្តិដែលប្រជាជាតិប្រគប់អោយជនណាម្នាក់​ដែលជាប់ឆ្នោតដើម្បីអោយអនុវត្តឯករាជភាពពេញលេញពីអ្នកបោះឆ្នោតរបស់គេ ។ អ្នកបានអាណត្តិនោះមិនតម្រូវអោយប្រតិបតិ្តតាមការបង្គាប់បញ្ជារបស់អ្នកបោះឆ្នោតរបស់គេទេ​ហើយអាណត្តិរបស់គេនោះមិនអាចដកហូតយកវិញបានទេ ។
