Example: The fundamental law of a state or nation, particularly the law or system of laws or principles which defines and establishes the organization of its government.
ឧទាហរណ៍៖ ច្បាប់គ្រឹះនៃរដ្ឋមួយ ឬប្រជាជាតិមួយ​ជាពិសេសច្បាប់ឬប្រព័ន្ធច្បាប់ ឬគោលការណ៍ដែលកំណត់​និង​បង្កើតការរៀបចំរដ្ឋាភិបាល ។
Example: A law enacted by the National Assembly to give specific effect to or completed provisions of the Constitution. The Cambodian Constitution provides that an organic law shall be. forwarded to the Constitutional Council for prior examination before its promulgation.
