Notice to plead

Example: A notice which is prerequisites to the taking judgment by default. It proceeds from the plaintiff, and warns the defendant the he must plead to the declaration or complaint within a prescribed time. Such notice is required in the summons.
ឧទាហរណ៍៖ សេចក្តីជូនដំណឹងមួយដែលជាលក្ខខណ្ឌជាមុនសម្រាប់ការចេញសាលក្រមដាច់ណាត់ (ឬសាលក្រមកំបាំងមុខ) ។ ប្រេវសន៍នោះចាប់ដំណើរចេញពីដើមចោទ​ហើយព្រមានដល់ចុងចោទថា​ខ្លួនត្រូវតែឆ្លើយតបចំពោះការប្រកាសអះអាងឬចំពោះពាក្យបណ្តឹងនៅក្នុងកំឡុងពេលដែលបានបញ្ញាតិ្តមួយ ។ ប្រវេសន៍នេះត្រូវ​ទាមទារកំណត់ក្នុងដីកានោះ ។
