Notice of orders of judgments

Example: Immediately upon the entry of an order or judgment the clerk shall serve notice of the entry by mail upon each party who is not in default for failure to appear, and shall make a note in the docket of the mailing.
ឧទាហរណ៍៖ នៅពេលដែលចេញដីកាឬសាលក្រមភ្លាម​ក្រឡាបញ្ជី​ត្រូវបញ្ជូន​សេចក្តីជូនដំណឹង​នៃការចេញដីកា​នោះ​តាមផ្លូវប្រែណីយ៍​ដល់ភាគីនីមួយៗ​ដែលមិនខកខាន​មកបង្ហាញខ្លួន ហើយ​ក្រឡាបញ្ជី​ត្រូវធ្វើលិខិត​កត់សំគាល់មួយ​នៅក្នុង​ដីកាអម​នៃការផ្ញើតាម​ប្រៃណីយ៍នោះ ។
