Motion of censure

Example: In Cambodian Constitution, a procedure by which the National Assembly ends the office of a member or members of the Royal Government of the Royal Government itself. Such action requires a two thirds majority vote of the National Assembly and may be proposed by at least by thirty members of the Assembly.
ឧទាហរណ៍៖ នៅក្នុងរដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញកម្ពុជា​នីតិវិធីមួយ​ដែលតាមនីតិវិធីនោះរដ្ឋសភាបញ្ចាប់តំណែងរបស់សមាជិកណាម្នាក់​ឬច្រើននាក់នៃសមាជិករាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល​ឬរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលតែម្តង ។ ចំណាត់ការបែបនេះតម្រូវឱ្យមានសំឡេងពីភាគីបីនៃរដ្ឋសភា​ហើយអាចត្រូវបានស្នើយ៉ាងហោចដោយសមាជិកសាមសិបរូបនៃរដ្ឋសភា ។
