ឧទាហរណ៍៖ ក្នុងច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ ឯកសារដែលផ្តល់ឋានៈផ្លូវការជាឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូត រដ្ឋមន្រ្តី​ឬប្រេសិតប្រចាំរដ្ឋាភិបាលដែលគេបញ្ជូនទៅនោះ គឺមានន័យថាអោយសេចក្តីយល់ព្រមនិង​បញ្ជាក់ការតែងតាំង និងគុណសម្បត្តិរបស់អ្នកនោះ​ជូនចំពោះប្រទេសផ្សេងទៀត ។
