Example: Terms used to describe that the seller will deliver the goods specified in the sales contract without expensive of the buyer. If it is said FOB the place of shipment, it means that basically the seller at that place ship the goods and hear the expense and risk of putting them into the possession of the carrier. If it is said FOB place of destination, basically the seller must at his own expense and risk transport the goods to that place and there tender delivery of them.
ឧទាហរណ៍៖ ពាក្យប្រើសម្រាប់ពិពណ៌ថា អ្នកលក់នឹងប្រគល់ទំនិញដែលមានបញ្ជាក់នៅក្នុងកិច្ចសន្យាលក់ដោយមិនអោយអ្នកទិញអស់សោហ៊ុយ ។ បើកិច្ចសន្យាអែហ្វអូប៊ីនៅចំណុច​ដឹកនាំទំនិញនេះមានន័យថាជាមូលដ្ឋានអ្នកលក់ផ្ទុកទំនិញនិងទទួលខុសត្រូវ​លើការចំណាយ និង​គ្រោះអន្តរាយ​ក្នុង​ការនាំទំនិញនោះដាក់ទៅក្នុងការកានិកាប់របស់ភា្នក់ងារដឹកនាំទំនិញនោះ ។ បើកិច្ចសន្យាថា​អែហ្វអូបីនៅចំណុច​នោះនិង​គ្រោះអន្តរាយទាំងអស់ដោយខ្លួនឯង ។
