Example: A period of time during which the National Assembly convenes to conduct legislative business that is separate from the ordinary sessions of the National Assembly. The Permanent Committee shall call an extraordinary session if there is a proposal from the King. The Prime Minister, or at least one third of the members of the National Assembly.
