Example: A written undertaking signed by the defendant or on or more sureties, that the defendant will appear in court, and that in the event the fails to do so, the signers of the bond will pay to the court the amount of money specified in the order fixing bail.
ឧទាហរណ៍៖ ការសន្យាជាលាយលក្សអក្សរដែលត្រូវ ចុះហត្ថលេខាដោយចុងចោទ ឬអ្នកធានាម្នាក់​ឬច្រើនអ្នក​ថាចុងចោទនឹងបង្ហាញខ្លួន​ចំពោះមុខតុលាការហើយថានៅក្នុងព្រឹតិ្តការណ៍ដែលចុងចោទខកខានគោរពតាមការសន្យានោះហត្ថលេខានៃប័ណ្ណនោះនឹងចេញទឹកប្រាក់អោយតុលាការដូចមានចែងបញ្ជាក់ក្នុងលិខិតកំណត់ទឹកប្រាក់ធានារបស់តុលាការ ។
