ឧទាហរណ៍៖ មតិដែលតុលាការអាចផ្តល់អោយតាមសេចកី្តស្នើសុំរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាល​ឬ​ភាគីណាមួយដែលចង់ដឹងដោយបញ្ជាក់អំពីថា​តើតុលាការ​នឹងសម្រេចសេចកី្ត​យ៉ាងប្រសិនបើរឿងវិវាទមួយកើតឡើង ។ ដូច្នេះ​មតិ​នេះគឺគ្រាន់តែជាការ​បកស្រាយច្បាស់ប៉ុណ្ណោះ គឺគា្មនអនុភាពអី្វដើម្បីអោយគោរពតាមទេ ។
