Ratifcation of treaty

(ច្បាប់) ធ្វើសច្ចាប័នលើសន្ធិសញ្ញា
Example: An international act whereby a state establishes on the international level its definitive consent to be bound by a treaty. A state is to be bound by a treaty if (1) the treaty provides for consent to be expressed by means of ratification; (2) it is otherwise established that the negotiating states were agreed that ratification should be required; or (3) the intention of the states to sign the treaty subject to ratification appears from the full powers of its representatives or was expressed during the negotiation.
ឧទាហរណ៍៖ កិច្ចជាអន្តរជាតិ រដ្ឋមួយនឹងត្រូវជាប់កាតព្វកិច្ច​នៃសន្ធិសញ្ញាបើសិនជា (១) សន្ធិសញ្ញាតម្រូវអោយមានការយល់ព្រម​ដែលនិងសម្តែងតាមរយៈការធ្វើសច្ចាប័ន (២) បើពុំដូច្នោះទេ គួរតម្រូវអោយមានការធ្វើសច្ចាប័នមួយឡើងឬ (៣) ចេតនារបស់រដ្ឋនឹង​ចុះហត្ថលេខាលើ​សន្ធិសញ្ញារង់ចាំសច្ចាប័ន ឬត្រូវបានសម្ដែងចេញនៅកំឡុងពេលនៃការចរចារ ។
